How do I move around the web site?
It is simple to find your way through our web site. Simply use the text links at the left of each page and the buttons at the top of each page. The buttons at the top are links to different pages on our site. The text links to the left is a list of our product categories.
When you enter our online store by clicking on a category from the left menu, you will be taken to that item category complete with product specifications and pricing.
How To Search
We offer a search feature that allows you to search our online store. At the top left of the page is a box marked "Product Search". Simply type in an item you would like to search for, click on the "Product Search" button under the box, and you will be presented with pages containing the items that fit your search request. If there are more items than fit than will fit on one page, you will see a "Next Page" link on the bottom of the page, click on this link to see additional items.
How do I request a catalog?

Can I request a quote on an item not listed?
Yes. Just complete a Quote Request Form. Our Internet Specialist will get back to you with a quote and availability.
How do I order?
On the page with each item that you view is an "Add One To Order" button. After you have selected the quantity and any other options that are appropriate for that item, just click on this button and the program will put the item in your shopping basket. You will be taken to your "Shopping Basket" page where all items that you have placed in your basket will appear. On this page you can "Remove" an Item or "Update" the quantity and then recalculate your order.
If you are finished and want to place your order, Select "Checkout" . You will then be taken to a page that asks for your Shipping information. The items you have chosen will appear at the top of the page. On this page you will be asked for information about your car. Please fill this in as completely as possible, Many cars change parts during the year and this information will help us to double check that you are getting the part that will fit your car. After filling out this page, click the "Continue". You will be taken to a page that shows you your order total, including shipping and sales tax if appropriate. On this page you will be asked for you Credit Card Information. You will have a choice of providing this information online or calling it into our Internet Specialist.
When you have completed this page, click the "Submit Order" button and you order will be transmitted. You will be taken to a page that shows you your completed order (You may print out this page for your records). You will receive an email immediately with all of your order information included. Next step is look for the delivery truck to bring your new BMW or Mercedes Performance Part!

Is this web site secure?
