Place a fishing line looping behind a black insert roughly 1 to 2 inches from the inside edge. The loop of fishing line slips easily between the back side of black insert ( or reflector) and the rear bumper. Then you can pull the both ends of the line simultaneously to release the insert. It is better to use gloves when you pull the line so that you won’t hurt your hand
