modified engine and stock brakes. Inadequate stopping
power contributed to a bad crash totaling my Brabus
Mercedes and several other close calls. Make an assessment
of what your driving habits are and allow some room in
your performance budget for a brake upgrade. I highly
recommend using the porterfield R4-S street pads as a
start. You can feel the extra stopping power through a
higher friction coefficient, plus a thermal barrier
prevents over heating. The next step would be either gas
slotted or cross drilled rotors for extra heat dissipation
. We offer the best brand rotors on the market, they may
be a few dollars more, but they are well worth it. For
serious stopping power, we recommend upgrading to our
